Late Winter Steelhead fishing has been good. Look for fish in the out of the way spots. We have been rewarded lately by fishing slow pools around eddylines and near slack water. If it is a pain to get a good drift, more than likely a steelhead is resting there. Whether or not you can get a good drift is the next question.
Each trip has wielded some hard fighting battles with both colored up Winter fish and bright chrome fish alike. You just never know what you are going to hook.
